Purchase 2012 Escape - I was in need of a car as mine had been involved in an accident and totaled. I had stopped at a few other dealerships without finding the right price and style, with sales people trying to sell me something that i clearly stated did not match my needs or wants. . When my sister and I stopped at Harris Ford, the sales associate Nick quickly came out to help us. The staff were helpful and kind. They got me in a vehicle and I was on my way. I will recommend Harris Ford if you are in need of a car and do not want the hassle or pushiness of other dealerships.

Purchase 2013 Jeep GC - We had a great experience from start to finish. We went back and forth over prices as would be expected but it was all very relaxed, upfront with all parties happy in the end. by the time we left we felt like family. Had a few things that were promised after the sale, all things came together without a hitch, just like it is supposed to. Great place to do business, would go back again if we are ever in need of another vehicle.

Purchased a 2013 Ford Fiesta SE. I love the car, as it's economical,fun to drive and it is comfortable enough. The Recalls on the transmission issues have been fixed for now. Ford has compensated us warrantee wise twice now. Do I feel assured that transmission issues will not re-appear? No, but I appreciate that Ford stepped up and did something about it instead of hiding it. Other vehicle manufactures have lied, hidden or ignored defects in their vehicles.

Recently had a 10,000 miles maintenance service on my 2014 Explorer. Danielle Ross of the Service Department never fails to deliver an excellent, prompt and very courteous service. I always know that Danielle is someone I could always count on and feel very confident that my vehicle will be taken cared of promptly. I also observed the staff of Harris Ford Service Department are all friendly and courteous. They give you a feeling that your presence and business are so important to them. It's so pleasant to visit that place even if I had to wait for my vehicle to get service.

Great service as always. Prices are a little high. But, I wait for coupons. These guys know what they are doing, and I know my vehicle is in good hands with them. Could use some electrical outlets in waiting room though for electronic devices. such as laptops or phone chargers.

Service 2004 Lincoln Your team spotted a clogged rain water drain in the engine compartment (clogged by fir tree needles) that was causing water to come into the car and get the back seat rugs wet. The problem was quickly fixed. Thanks!

Service 2013 F-350 - We took our 350 Super Duty in to the shop due to the DEF light kept coming on after they told me when it was in for service they filled it. We added more to the DEF and the light was still on. We also were having problems with one of the key fobs they fixed it also there was a short in the battery. I like taking my vehicle here because they are always so friendly and get my car in quick.

Service 2014 Focus - The service team performed the routine maintenance and a recall item very quickly. The shuttle driver was very courteous and right on time picking me up at the mall during the Christmas shopping rush. A very pleasant holiday experience with no worries about parking. Service 2012 Fusion - This service appt. was for normal oil change. The most attractive thing was being able to get a competitive oil change FAST enough so it is worth getting the extra attention you provide without having to spend an hour or more in the waiting room when you could have spent half as long in a oil-change shop. At least once before the extra time wasn't worth it. On the last visit, nice and speedy so I'll be back.

Purchase 2014 Hyundai - My car was missing the floor mats and the cargo cover. So now I have to spend extra money on those.That's not the fault of the sales rep Eric, but I wish I had noticed this when I purchased to negotiate the price lower. I'm very happy with the car otherwise.

Purchase 2015 Volvo - I purchased a 2015 Volvo S60. The service was pretty good. It would be nice to receive a full tank of gas and car wash when buying a car, weather it newly or previously owned. The radio didn't work and I had to take it to Volvo to get that fixed under warranty. I love the car. The price and interest rate was great. Some small things could make the experience nearly flawless.

Service 2014 F-150 - My truck has been serviced for clunks within the driveline or transmission four times under warranty. Every time I've brought the truck in they've taken it and tried to fix a clunk when the truck is put into reverse, however, hearing the same exact noise as before, they declined to try and fix the vehicle again. I do not understand why they were willing to take the truck in the 4 times for the same clunk (and other issues) but not a 5th time.

Last Thursday Harris Ford posted the exact vehicle I wanted and at a great price. I drove there immediately and very quickly Mike Weaver, a man with a great and truly genuine personality, had the vehicle there and ready for a test drive. Boom, boom, boom! I left that night with the Tuscon at a price actually a bit lower than what it was advertised at!

I had one mishap when I showed up for my scheduled service appt and they did not have my car on the books. It also ended up taking much longer for them to diagnose then they had originally estimated. They put me in a rental car on them for the inconvenience. They addressed all of the maintenance issues as well as a few of our own requests. Our service advisor Sean was very helpful and informative along the way. My car now runs like brand new! A few setbacks at the beginning are not stopping me from recommending their services. I appreciate that they made things right by offering the rental car and overall it was a good experience!

I went in on a busy Saturday to check out 2 Mustang's I had found online. My #1 pick was a dealer trade and was already gone. My #2 pick was at the Pierre dealership. We called ahead to let them know we were coming to get the car, drove all the way there just to have them sell it out from under me (not to mention then were extremely rude and I'll never recommend them to anybody). When we got back to the Harris dealership, they were willing to drop the price on an amazing Mustang that was just out of my price range... Just because of all the back and forth I'd been through (and the fact that all this took like 4 hours). I walked away with the Mustang that was newer and better than I could have imagined and Harris Ford was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. Customer for life!!!!!!!!

Your customer relations are excellent and your service people should be proud of that and keep it up. Danielle Ross is the only name I can remember but she is not the only person at Harris Ford who knows his or her business from the CR side. I really haven't encountered anyone who wasn't pleasant. When it comes to my trying to cut costs by trying to go elsewhere, good customer relations count!

Simply needed an oil change and Sean Bigelow was very helpful. He informed me that it would be about an hour. 50 minutes later, he came to tell me my car was ready, cleaned and vacuumed. He also informed me of a couple recalls for my car (minor) and to set-up and appointment with him when I wanted that done. He always goes above and beyond his job and I appreciate it!

Sales man informed me that the car 2.0L and turned to be 1.6L. in less than a week the dashboard went “blank” on me and brought it your service department with 3 engine lights on. I also figured that the contract value was off than the agreed to price, came back and met a sales manager in the morning shift by the name (Tom) and he completely refused to correct the problem or investigate my request, instead he informed me that he likes my “manner and professionalism” and he think that I should pursue my adjustment through legal channels and he stood up and walked away. The only person that deserve a thank you is a sales manager I met during my purchase with the name (John)

I visited for my 90,000 mile service interval. The Service Advisor was/is friendly & helpful. He presented recommendations for my service, but I needed to remind him that the Fuel Filter is recommended at 90, which wasn't on his list. He did recommend to flush & fill the coolant, yet in my previous visit, approx. early summer 2015, the auto tech found both the anti-rust properties and the temperature properties were just fine. Also, the service manual doesn't recommend replacement until 100,000 miles.

The only downside was a part ordered was not the correct one, so now i have to make arrangements to return and have it installed creating an inconvenience.

Service 2015 Escape - First I had to call four times to clarify my 10,000 mile service details. I kept getting Robert at the service desk who told me it's not his job to know the service type details and that I needed an advisor. I suggest u institute some customer service training. Then I got to frank at advising who has a much better customer Service attitude.
My daughter had to bring in the escape because harris ford service is closed on Saturdays another option taken from busy customers incidentally Bickford and Marysville Ford are all open on Saturdays!!! I will bring my comments to ford Motor corporation !!! Then there was more confusion with the charges then I my daughter got the escape back and the whole back end was full of road dirt do u call that superior service??? I don't and other people in Lynnwokd are saying the same thing maybe it will take a letter to the owner!

The servicing of my 2011 MKX was done on time and to the best of my knowledge, as specified. Since I have prepaid maintenance I tell them to do what is needed or recommended and they apparently do. At least I've had no problems that I can relate to servicing. All of my dealings with the service personnel have been good and I find them easy to talk to and get answers from.

I have always been treated very well at the service center. Someone greeted me right away and checked me in. I was shown to the waiting area so I could have a seat until the shuttle came. Normally I drop my car off before 8am so the shuttle is there right away. This time my appointment wasn't until 8:15 and I had to wait an hour for the shuttle to arrive. Then it was a 1/2 hour ride to my destination due to dropping off other clients. So I didn't get to work until after 10am. I don't mind the dropping off of other clients much but waiting an hour for a ride is not good when people have to work for a living. I do appreciate the fact that you provide the shuttle but a little improvement would be nice.

Purchase 2008 Mercury Mariner - I had an excellent experience working with David Wright, as well as with the "extras" guy. I am not a good haggler, in fact I didn't even try. I expect that i could have saved some money if I had, but frankly, it is not worth the stress. I'm not a gamer of any kind. David made me feel confident in my choice and it was very enjoyable toto work with him. My grandmother always drove Cadillacs, one every three years or so. She was always treated with respect and given doting service at the dealership. That was many years ago and i thought that kind of service was extinct. I certainly have never enjoyed anything close to the same experience. However, at Harris Ford I felt the same old school vibe. I love it! Thank you, Mr. Wright and Harris Ford.

Purchase - I had a wonderful experience in purchasing a 2016 Ford Escape. It was an internet purchase from Alaska. Salesman did an outstanding job setting eveeything up for me. Mary Kay responded pleasantly to my Friday morning phone call regarding an unscheduled need to have my Explorer assessed for a blinking engine light. She got me to Frank who had me bring the car in immediately. I drove the car to the dealership, turned the car over to Frank, caught the shuttle and was home in 1/2hr. The problem with the car turned out to be rats that had chewed on electrical cables. Frank and I had a humorous conversation about the damage. The car was repaired by Monday afternoon. I called David, the shuttle driver and he picked me up at the time I requested and delivered me to my car.

RE: 2013 Focus Titanium. I was having battery trouble for a week. My battery was not holding a charge and I got stranded a few occasions. I cant tell you how inconvenient it was... I had just taken my car in for service in OCT and told my CS guy about it. He sort of down-talked it as me not driving my car enough or leaving something on... I have a degree in Marine Engineering and cant count how many times I have been talked down to because I am a woman (that obviously knows nothing, right? WRONG!). When I called the second time to tell them that my car was dead and wouldn't charge, I spoke directly with the manager- by request. He was definitely listening to me and eager to find the issue. I wanted to try a few more things before having my car towed into the shop or accepting the managers offer to come to my home to see what he could do! That is good service! Long story short, The manager finally had to come with his assistant and their 'killer' jumper cables. They started the car and took it away to access and fix the issue. It turns out that one of the cells was completely dry? and not functioning. They put in a new battery and reprogrammed the electronics and by 6pm that same evening, I went to get my car. If I didn't need it first thing, I know the manager would have delivered my car back to me since I had no other transportation. I had to bum a ride with my elderly neighbor in the dark and rain... We made it! Thanks to the Manager of Service at Harris Ford.

We were introduced to our salesperson Gil Fret who really knew the cars. Sale 2014 Rio - The service members scrambled at me! They all wanted a sale. Once I got to the main man, I was treated as a local, which we all are. They were all very willing to go out of their way for me. I also saw them do the same for others! I told them exactly what I wanted hands down. They worked with me. Very friendly. I could seriously hang out with these guys. The finacing guy was great, always on the phone to get me the lowest payment with my no credit! Even after I took the car off the lot! Service 2013 Edge - I called Evergreen Ford as that is who I formerly went to. I let them know I knew my ford Edge was having a serious issue a scraping sound and smell of gear oil. They did not take me seriously and would not get me in right away instead said it was probably my breaks even after I told them that was not it and felt belittled. They would not get me in for 2 weeks so I made the appointment. Still concerned as the smell and driving feeling was severe. I took to a mechanic friend who verified my concerns and recommended Harris Ford. I called on 11-4-15 and spoke to Michael Chism. He was informed my car had loud noise in the middle of the car and I had the T case checked and the case fluid was black and silvery and chunky. It was road tested and growling and vibrating continued and transfer case fluid was burnt. My car had 49000 miles and is well cared for. Micheal Chism (MC), said to drop it off that evening which I did. MC called me on 11-5-15 and notified me my car was done. I was informed I was correct and the PTU had failed and they had the part in stock and were able to repair it right away. I was amazed and pleased that someone actually listened to me as I know my car. MC was the most professional and friendly staff I have ever dealt with. He represented Ford and the dealership it the Top Most customer service I ever have experienced. I will never go anywhere else to get my car worked on after the excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism I experienced with at this service. If more people were treated as I was during my car issue like Harris Ford and MC treated me I can promise they would only come to Harris ford. Thank you for not only believing me in knowing I know my car, but in treating me with urgency and fixing it so quick. Its nice to deal with such friendly and professional staff who put the customer first

Service 2012 MKX - I had a problem with my 2012 Lincoln MKX. I was not sure why my SUV would not start. I let them know what the problem was immediately calling from my cell phone. I spoke with a young lady in the service department. She relayed my information to the Service Manager. They both decided that I had a dead battery in my Key FOB. The young lady got a new battery and the service manager headed out to my location and replaced it. My SUV is now functioning correctly and I am very happy! What I want to say is that not only did I have the service manager come to my "rescue" within a half hour of my call but the young lady emailed me further directions of what I might try. The frustration which I am sure she heard was that every time I tried to start my car it went in alarm mode. Then I got it to stop and when I tried to get out of my car it went into alarm mode as well. No matter what I did I was actually a prisoner in my car, not happy with my car at that moment! So, no tow was necessary! Just great customer service! I apologize for not remembering the wonderful folks's names who helped me, Thank you SOOOOO much!

Service 2013 Explorer - I traded my 06 explorer for a used 2013 explorer in May. Needless to say the new explorer left me stranded 4 times in the first week. The roadside assistance I purchased along with the vehicle would not help me because of whatever reasons. When I tried to bring it in to borrow a renter until the problem was fixed, after waiting for about an hour they told me i couldnt leave it because the it was a weekend and no-one would be able to work on it. I told them it was not starting and that I have had to get a jump multiple times. I then asked if I could get my car back and I was informed that it had already sold. Out of frustration of waiting any longer I took the car home. the very next morning it would not start again. I was late to work again. I should have been able to enjoy washing my new car instead of pleading for help to get it started with little to no help from your dealership.

Service 2002 Mustang - have brought my car to Harris Ford 3 times in the last year, the second two times because they did not fix the original problem properly, and then two of the employees "helping" me treated me as if it were my fault. I had to speak with the service department supervisor to make things right. They do not take quality time making sure everything is good. Small things like new scratches on the car, very dirty floors from shoes, and doing the job just to get it done instead of doing it well are a few of the reasons why I will never bring my car back. The only reason why I did us because I had a warranty

When I took the car home and realized the problem is still an issue, I called the sales person but he said his boss or service dept is not ready to fix the defect. Service 2013 Focus - Ford focus 2013 transmission/clutch has shuddered at low speeds since I purchased it new 3 years ago. It has been very annoying. I have had it in 3 or 4 times for this problem. Danielle went above and beyond to be sure it was tsken care of properly this time and currently it runs the best it ever has. Hopefully it is a permanent fix this time and not something that will re-occur down the road with future seal leakage onto the clutch plates.

Hope they appreciate you guys and all you do. We sure do. This topic line should read Thanks! We just unexpectedly bought a beautiful blue 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid SE from Harris Ford in Lynnwood Wa. We had tried out and loved the Prius and had a good offer given for it and my husband so wanted a Honda, but we were completely undone by the personable and professional persuasion meted out to us by Gil Fret, Bob Cuddigan, and Larry White. We had recently had our car stolen and were suffering from a lack of trust in the world in general. The last thing we wanted to do was haggle with what we expected to be sharks in suits. Instead we were met with understanding, and warm competence by people who truly wanted to help us. They all were so patient with our questions, hesitations, fears. They understood and didn't rush us but instead let the product convince us, (which it certainly did!) and instead of sharks we found ourselves talking with very real and at times very humorous individuals. It completely surprised us and certainly sealed the deal. We do not know if it is the regular policy of the corporation to hire and train your personnel to deal with people in such a real way or if we just got lucky in going to this particular dealership and working with these particular guys. In any case we decided we had to let you know as it is at the very least a real case of great management somewhere along the line and to let you know that because of them and the quality of your product, we feel we will be Ford customers for life...granted we aren't young...but we still are buying. Service 2010 Fusion - Sadly I must agree with more negative reviews than positive. To qualify my position I should say that I bought a 2010 Fusion Hybrid and got a good price with relatively little hassle. Also, their service center had good prices and all of their work has been of good quality (no need to return or redo). The tough spot is that they do little to make you want to return. Service center is sloooowwww. Drop your car at 8:00am and they may still not have started it at 3:30pm. I thought this might have been an oddity but it really was the norm after repeated visits. The facility layout is just weird. Meaning you won't be able to find your car should you need to run and grab your sunglasses from it after you check in. You'll pull in and drive around a weird maze and finally park where you are sure no one should be parking. This disjointed layout follows to sales and service. You'll get what you need eventually, just don't be in a hurry.

Could have given 4 stars - I have mixed feelings on this visit here. First the sales person and manager were great when I first went there to test drive a used car. Martin Fogarty and Rob, were great. Martin did not try any that normal bs on how great the car was and didnt try to make up stuff if he was not sure. After test drive, I was able to take the care with me overnight and they also promised to work on my current car to lower the payments on that. I came back next day to discuss some concerns I had with the car and after some time we agreed on the purchase and they promised to have the service department fix few things on the car. Still Martin and Rob were helpful and we got great customer service. My bad experiences started after we had decided on the purchase and started the paperwork, this is quite common in most businesses, the customer service declines after they got your money (maybe a bit too blunt, but that's how it goes). Dont get me wrong, they did a good job on offering us food, drinks etc. while we waited. But from the point we decided to buy to the point we drove away with the car took 4 hours, the dealerships in general are not that entertaining that I am willing to spend there hours waiting and they shouldnt be, you get there buy the car, sign the paperwork and drive away, simple. We got vaque estimates and 20mins till the next phase of the process turned into an hour etc. The Financing department (Larry White) was really helpful and was able to speed up the process after we told that we are in a hurry (We had other plans), and I totally understand that the financing department was extremely busy as there were a lot of customers. Still the whole process took way too long in my opinion. After everything was signed we were asked to wait another 10 mins for the car as it was being washed. After 30 mins we decided to just get the car, as we were running really late. And received it unwashed with some strips of tape still hanging on the windshield. So the car was not in prime condition when we got it (because we didnt want to wait any longer to get out of there), but they were able to have the service department to fix the problems I noted before we purchased it while we waited on signing the papers, which was a nice thing, eventhough we specially told that we are ok with picking up the car later. I still could have given them 4 stars on this, it was a long wait but still they were really helpful and nice to us. But after driving home on the purchased car, I requested to have some service records on the car to be emailed to me, as the car had a blinking service announcement that I needed to get reset at the local BMW dealer, cause Ford service cant or didnt know how to reset that after doing the maintenance on the car. Again, this took two days, few reminders and one incorrect service record before I got what I asked. Overall, really good service to the point of sale, but this dealership still needs to work on aftersale customer service ending the whole process on a high note.

Service 2010 Escape - I would give this dealership parts and service dept one star except the people are really nice. I had a five year warranty on my Escape, so I've been coming every six months for the last five years since my oil changes/tune ups were essentially free. Almost every time was a bad experience. They lost my keys more than once (found after 10-15 minutes, but had trouble locating). I usually would drop my car off in the morning and pick up after work and even then it still wouldn't be ready. I've asked on numerous occasions to have it washed and vacuumed only to have them bring it to me dirty, and then taken back to have me wait longer for them to clean it like I asked in the first place . . .

Holland's passion for the product alone almost sold me on the vehicle, but the awesomeness of the vehicle in addition to Holland's personality finalized it for me. Soon after, I scheduled an appointment to get my SkyLINK installed. Frank checked me in and was very quick and friendly. Danielle Ross was my service adviser and was friendly and efficient. The vehicle was ready in less than two hours, and they even washed it. Harris Ford/Lincoln has exceeded my expectations for a car dealership, having purchased several cars over the years from different dealerships, I have a frame of reference for my opinion.

Called and talked with Eric, and was told it was in stock in the color I wanted, and yes, the price was $9,200. Show up... the price they show me is $15,989, and they're saying I don't qualify for the $9,200 savings, just $1,000 so it was a misunderstanding, and the best they can do for this car is $14,899. So glad I wasted time going all the way up to Lynwood only to get told that it was a "misunderstanding." Pretty lame. They tried pressure techniques too saying, "this is the best you'll get anywhere," and "what will you do now?" just to try to get me to buy this car. So lame, so disrespectful. Customer service - we go in to get my hard working son a car he was supposedly good for a 2012 mustang drove out of the lot with it and low an behold three weeks later he lost this wonderful car he has saved and scraped for not over yet they say to let him drive a chevy cruz and once again they say it was to much car what ever that means, than they proceed to try and get him yet another car and now the mileage is to low, ya know he has paid off 2 cars in under two years and has a credit score of 700 who does this? tell a hard working man who is 22 with perfect credit after they give such gift and than back out of the deal

Service - Just filling out a review. One thing is nice to have a relationship with a service dept. Mike Erickson has done an exemplary job taking care of our cars over the years. We bought our Expedition new from Harris. So over the last seven years. Through oil changes and brake jobs. Mike and his service crew have always done great. Even on occasion when there is a lengthy repair. Harris has gone the extra steps to furnish our family rental cars. I like having all the vehicle records under one roof. The service team can check and see what is still in warranty and how long ago a service was performed. Service is a big deal!

The last three used trucks I bought I wasn’t actively looking for, they just appeared to me as I was involved in other transactions at various places. I had no intension of buying this 2009 Ford F-350 that was on your lot last month. I had brought my older Ford F-150 in for a repair and just happened to this one on your lot as you see it in the first picture. I did walk over to look at it and found that it was a F-350 with a V-10 gasoline engine. Ironically, this is exactly the truck I have wanted for a long time to pull our 28” camping trailer. I dislike diesel engines for various reasons, and that is what seems to come with most of the F-350s.



To make a long story short, this truck turned out to be a very positive purchase for me. It was a very plain Jane truck, but it didn’t take long for me to get it up to my standards. I ended up selling my Honda Goldwing to help pay for it because I didn’t want to owe anything on it, besides I’m 68 years old and my wife says I’m too old to be riding a motorcycle. I disagree with her statement, but since the bike was spending a lot of time in the garage I bit the bullet and sold it to pay for the truck. I’m very happy with it the truck, and it looks a little more aggressive than it did before.

Purchase 2015 F-150 - I came in to Harris Ford looking for a new truck with my daughter and the service level they guys provided was way beyond my wildest expectations. I had been to a few other dealers and nothing was coming together. I was close to the point of giving up after I had a particular bad experience earlier in the evening. My daughter talked me into giving one more chance. There was a truck I found on their website that I liked so I used the instant message function and got in contact with their sales guy. He was extremely helpful and great taking me through the whole process, he included my daughter making her feel comfortable and even put her favorite cartoon on the TV while we negotiated. They definitely have a top flight sales their on your hands over there! I worked with the Manager to iron out the details. I was amazed at his patience and willingness to walk me though the details of the incentive and interest rate options that were available to me. He was very flexible, not pushy at all and was a real pleasure to work with. We came to an agreement and I signed the deal! I then went back to get all signed up. The finance guy was very nice and efficient at getting me and my daughter in and out so she could go home and go to bed. He talked me through all my warranty options so I could understand them and was an overall great guy. I am not the type of guy that usually writes these kind of letters but I was literally blown away by the staff. Harris Ford definitely earned yourself a repeat customer and I have been telling all of my friends and family what a great experience I had over there. Anyway thank you for the great truck. It's the first time I have ever left a car dealership completely happy with the entire experience!

Harris Ford is the BEST dealership! We had been shopping for a vehicle for 3 months, had been to many dealership, and like most folks, been extremely unhappy with the car shopping experience. Prices were high, so you had to work to get a far price, salesmen were salesmen, and dealerships were not kid friendly. Harris Ford was completely the opposite and their staff was amazing. We got a Great price on our new vehicle and a great price on our trade in. The staff was very helpful and thru the entire process they wanted to make sure we would be happy with our purchase and the car shopping/buying experience. They even have a kid area with books, toys, games and a TV. Our salesman, Les Foutz did not act like a typical car salesman, he was very professional and polite and dealt with us over the phone giving us alot of information prior to us driving to the dealership. He listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle. Les even interacted with our children (4 years old and 10 months old). Another plus with Harris Ford, the entire process was fairly quick. Instead of feeling beat up and exhausted after purchasing a vehicle, the experience was so easy, we left there smiling, our kids were smiling too! I would definately refer anyone who is looking to buy to go straight to Harris Ford, and ask for Lee Foutz and John Higgs. Thank you Les Foutz, John Higgs and the entire Harris Ford staff!

I went into Harris Ford just wanting to look at a new Mustang. I was approached by Gus and right away he was helpful. Told him I wasn't looking to buy but just to test drive and look into the car. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with detail. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell me the car on the spot and respected my decision to just look. That was one of the best visits I've had at a dealership. Gus gave me his card and I told him I would call when ready to buy. Like most people, I called around and tested the different ford dealerships. My experience with the other salesmen were horrible. They were pushy, were not attentive, and in one case extremely disrespectful. I went back to Gus and he made the process of buying a new car simply and easy. He gave me the best price and helped me get into my new car all within 2 1/2 hours. Could not have asked for a better experience with a dealership. Thank you Gus! Purchase/Customer Service - Like many modern day car shoppers, I've done all the research through NADA, KBB, Edumnds, etc. prior to visiting Harris Ford for a used vehicle. I had a good idea of what a fair trade-in and purchase value should be. My initial impression of the dealer was good as far as the location, physical appearance and cleanliness. Based on that, I felt that I was dealing with an above average business establishment. It was a Saturday afternoon so I expected to be busy. Having bought many vehicles in the past, I was quite familiar with the car buying process as I've seen from some very best to downright unpleasant. After an hour of failed negotiation attempt with one of their Sales Manager, I left the dealership extremely dissatisfied. My experience was like many negative Yelp reviews, it was very sleazy, high pressure and unprofessional, used car dealer stereotype. I was downright disrespected and treated like I was wasting their time. Being in a service industry myself, I always pay close attention whenever I visit any retail or client facing business establishments as I often share my experience with my own employees as we strive to provide World Class service for our clients. After reading Yelp reviews, I noticed that the business owner, Luk B, responded to some of these feedbacks. I've decided to send Luk an email to share my experience. It was on Sunday morning and I got a reply back from Luk very quickly. He took the time and really listened to my concerns and even went out of his way to connect me with his Desk Manager, Rich, that same day to have another try at doing business with them. I am very happy to report that my experience second time around was simply top notch. I didn't get the deal that I was hoping to get, but I did get the level of respect and professionalism that was totally lacking during my initial visit. We were able to reach a fair deal and I bought a car from them. Even though there are a lot of negative reviews about Harris Ford, after directly interacting with Luk, I feel that he is very connected and engaged with both his business and customers. Just the fact that he personally takes ownership of customer concerns and responds to Yelp reviews, it tells me that his heart is in the right place and strives to do the right things. I just hope that his passion and customer centric attitude is shared by all of his employees. I was told by Luk's staff that he is very passionate about social media and that he spends a lot of time on it. It is because of that, I was able to connect with him and gave their business a second chance. I rarely give 5 star ratings but because of Luk's candid efforts and personal involvement in my experience, it is well deserved. Thank you.

Purchase 2015 Explorer - We just purchased a truck from Gil Fret on Saturday. We started out researching on the internet and the whole process was made very smooth from Gil. Not once did we feel pressure. Let's face it, it can be daunting to purchase a vehicle and Gil did a fabulous job at making all of us (we had a 5 year old and a 9 month old with us) feel welcome and comfortable. We had an appointment to look at the truck we ended up purchasing. Gil had everything ready. He even sat with our 5 year old while my husband was with the finance department. We would recommend this dealership and Gil again and again. No complaints here. I should add that Bob did a wonderful job too! I can't remember his last name at the moment.

Purchase 2015 Transit - On the exciting day of picking up my new Transit, I had my wife drop me off, telling her this would likely take hours. She wanted to see the car and meet Sakol and when he immediately came out to greet us he assured us that this process would take about 15 min. He was correct, (my insurance call took the most time) we went to his office, I sat down with him, (not a manager I had never met) and signed the 5 or 6 documents that were completely filled out and I was done. I will be back soon for an oil change and to take this man out to lunch. It would be the least I can do. I recommend your company do a little more for Mr. Hasaphongse.

Purchase 2015 C-Max - I am a senior and didn't just fall off the truck yesterday. I have bought about 6 new cars in my life. This was the best experience of all. I bought my C-Max last summer. Gus Orteig was my sales person. If you want low-key, no BS, ask for Gus. Wonderful sales experience. I can be a real pain in the backside...I went back about 4 times for about 4 test drives, and they were totally patient, and found me the exact model and color I wanted. In the end, I got a really fair deal. The service department is awesome. Did some warrantee recall work. They arranged and comped a rental car for me with valet pickup and return. Finished work ahead of time. It doesn't get any better than this. Seriously. It helps too that cars are getting better and better every year.

Purchase 2012 Tuscon - A GREAT find and purchasing experience at Harris Ford....... First of all, I have been through the car buying experience many, many times over the years. So believe me when I say I have a very experienced perspective from which to evaluate this most recent purchase. I'd been looking for the right Hyundai Tuscon for several months, checking pricing at all dealerships in the Puget Sound region. I'd been checking all search engines on a daily basis. Last Thursday Harris Ford posted the exact vehicle I wanted and at a great price. I drove there immediately and very quickly Mike Weaver, a man with a great and truly genuine personality, had the vehicle there and ready for a test drive. Boom, boom, boom! I left that night with the Tuscon at a price actually a bit lower than what it was advertised at! Mike, myself and I believe Brian was the other reps name, had a great time, very enjoyable, with a few hearty laughs and in the end they made sure I was very happy to close the deal to my 100% complete satisfaction. Thanks Harris Ford, Mike and Brian, I am very happy with the Tuscon and just as happy with the way my deal worked out!!

After an unexpected flat tire that couldn't be repaired, we called several tire stores in the area to get estimates. Not only were we surprised by the amazing value offered by Harris Ford (over $100 less than the next lowest shop), but the customer service left us with our mouths hanging open. When we picked our car up, our trunk had been reorganized from the disarray it was in from changing a tire in a parking lot and the car had been washed. We left the lot regretting that we hadn't bought our car from Harris Ford. Definitely a lot more than we were expecting.

My name is Ruby Lopez… I and my two daughters were in the Harris Ford dealership over the weekend "shopping" for a vehicle. Mind you, I had been at two other dealerships (Mazda of Everett & Car pros of Tacoma) prior to visiting your dealership and I must say their customer service or lack there of left a very disappointing impression on me (not to mention their meager selection). Needless to say when coming to your facility I felt a little apprehensive and honestly reluctant to even come in… I must tell you I was pleasantly surprise! Upon arriving Jack Coyle immediately introduced himself to us and right away went to work. He was energetic, professional and gave us sense of feeling that he was working for us! I didn’t feel any pressure to buy just anything; in fact he was very patient showing us numerous cars without the slightest inclinations that perhaps we were being a little too selective.
