A Date With Lincoln

Harris Ford Lincoln auctioned off "A Date with Lincoln" package at a few local charity auctions. This package included dinner for 2 at El Gaucho, Metropolitan Grill or Canlis then premium tickets to your choice of a Broadway show, all while driving around for the weekend in a brand new Lincoln.

TThe "Date with Lincoln" package sold for $750 at The Arthritis Foundation's Seattle Bone Bash event on October 20. They raised a total of $130,000 for the night.

At the Shoreline Christian School's Fundraising Auction on November 2, the package auctioned off for $1,600. The Shoreline Christian School was able to raise over $106,000 for the night.

North Shore Christian Academy was able to raise enough money to fund Phase II of our Classroom Technology Integration Project. Dan and Becky Richards were the lucky winners of the "Date with Lincoln" package and are extremely excited to set up their weekend!

On September 23, the Date with Lincoln package was auctioned off at the Fraternal Order of Police. This organization started in 1915 to assist law enforcement officers nationwide held their annual fundraiser to support families of the officers that have died in the line of duty. The Date with Lincoln package from Harris Ford raised $1,400 for FOP.

Harris Ford helped make Providence's Festival of Trees event a huge success as well. With around 500 people attending the event that helped raise more than $688,000, the Date with Lincoln package was a hit. This week-long celebration helps kick off the holidays by bringing together community members with the festive backdrop of beautifully decorated trees.

The 37th annual Hutch Holiday Gala was held Dec. 1, 2012 and raised more than $4.8 million to fuel discoveries and treatments in cancer research. The Date with Lincoln was part of the silent auction to contribute to the event. Support from this event is going fund a series of highly promising innovations for safer and more effective T-cell therapy for lymphomas.
